Since 1910, Solidus has stood for comfortable walking and healthy feet. What once began as a small shoe manufacturer is now a Europe-wide specialist in orthopaedic comfort shoes. But our values have remained the same: quality, fit, durability \u2013 and a focus on people.<\/p>

Our brand has survived world wars, fashion trends and technological revolutions. In 1910, Georg W. Martin founded Solidschuhwerk in Tuttlingen, Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg. In his shoe factory, he produced a wide range of hiking boots, sports shoes and slippers.
