Uwe Decker has been managing director of Solidschuhwerk GmbH, known for the Solidus brand, since 1 August 2023.
With over 17 years of experience at Josef Seibel Schuhfabrik GmbH, where he was division manager for product development and sales, he brings extensive expertise to the comfort footwear industry.
Previously, he held management positions at renowned brands such as Salamander, Sioux and Remonte.
As Managing Director of Solidus, Decker focuses on high-quality materials, thoughtful design and sustainable production to develop shoes that adapt to the lives of customers.
