Take the measurement while standing and with your foot bare.
Place your foot on the measuring device and distribute your weight evenly between both feet.

Place your feet on the floor and distribute your weight evenly between both feet.
Place the Solidus measuring tape around your foot at the ball of your foot (the widest part of your foot). Leave the tape slightly loose, as pressure points can often occur in this area when wearing shoes.
Read the result from the tape measure and check it against the size chart below.

Place your feet on the floor and distribute your weight evenly between both feet.
